River City Wrestling, San Antonio’s premiere wrestling promotion, held it’s most recent show at the Austin Highway Event center where it featured 5 matches including a main event for the Tag Team titles.
Paul Titan and Lance Hoyt, ‘The Towers of Pain’ claimed the Tag Team Championship when they defeated Michael Faith and Just Willie in a bout that spilled out all over the arena.
Joey Spector retained his International title by defeating Baby D. He’ll look to keep the gold as next month he faces WWE Hall of Famer Hacksaw Jim Duggan at Retama Park Race Track in Selma on November 4th.
The upcoming Retama Park card will also feature Katie Forbes, former WWE Superstar Hornswaggle and current TNA star Cody Rhodes.

Originally from North Carolina, Matt moved to San Antonio in 2010 to be with his fiancé. It was only after realizing that he was unhappy with what he was doing professionally that he decided to take the passion he had in music and photography to another level. He left his job and became a student at the Art Institute of San Antonio and started to actively further his knowledge about photography. In December 2013, he completed the Digital Image Management program at the Art Institute of San Antonio.
