Both legendary acts and newly emerging artists took to the eight stages of the 12th annual Austin City Limits Music Festival in Austin’s Zilker Park.  Because of it’s growing success, the festival has now grown to two almost identical weekends filled with jam packed live music performances.  October 4, 2013 marked the first festival weekend and despite the threat of showers, the scorching Texas sun blazed and Austin temperatures topped 90 degrees.

And although the overall success of Austin City Limits (ACL) Music Festival as a two-weekend festival will be argued even well after the Zilker park has been cleaned and cleared, there is no denying that Austin knows how to put together an amazing festival and entertain a crowd of 75,000+ music lovers.
