Tuesday, January 15th, the legendary Oak Ridge Boys arrived at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park for a celebration of their storied careers. The Austin area’s top classic Country fans gathered for an incredible night of classic tunes performed by the 40-year members of the band Duane Allen, Joe Bonsall, William Lee Golden, and Richard Sterban.

After the formal introductions, the four men took to the stage for the intro song of “Everyday,” before launching into their classic hit, “American Made.”  The set was a balance of traditional country music flair mixed with gospel singles which blended favorites like “I’m Settin’ Fancy Free,” “No Matter How High,” and “I Guess It Never Hurts To Hurt Sometimes” with the more religious toned “I’d Rather Have Jesus” and “Pray To Jesus.”  The band played for an hour and a half and ultimately closed with their biggest hits “Elvira” and “Bobbie Sue.”
