Political Leaders come to SXSW

SXSW partnered with the Texas Tribune for a two-day series called “Conversations About America’s Future,” bringing top political leaders to Austin for the conference.

Appearing at the ACL Live at the Moody Theater for individual sessions on Saturday’s included former Ohio Gov. John Kasich, former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld, South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Minnesota Sen.Amy Klobuchar and Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts.  Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Starbucks CEO and Presidential hopeful Howard Schultz spoke at sessions in the Convention Center at SXSW.
