PHOTOS: Travis Barker after party at Cedar Street Courtyard

Thursday, August 1^st, after rocking a packed crowd with Blink-182 at the Austin360 Amphitheater, Travis Barker came downtown and took over the Cedar Street Courtyard to host an incredible After Party. With DJ LX-El Guapo warming up the night club, the crowd was electrified when Barker took the stage around midnight ready to mesmerize his fans. The first half of his set was spent on DJ duty, mixing through everything from modern Hip Hop to 90’s Rock hits like Red Hot Chili Peppers and Third Eye Blind. Then when the audience was sufficiently stoked, Travis moved over to a drum kit and demonstrated why he is one of the highest regarded percussionists in Rock. From Rock to Hip Hop, and even pounding away to the Super Mario theme song, he enthralled the party-goers with his top-notch skills. Ultimately, Travis Barker closed the night playing one of his own songs, Blink-182’s What’s My Age Again, and exited the club while shaking hands and tossing his drum sticks out into the crowd.
